Experienced Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM) / Test Manager to act as End-to-End Technical Project Manager (E2E-TPM) for a software upgrade project within a 5G environment focusing on 5G SDM and 5G Core.
- The role combines technical project management and test coordination responsibilities ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of software upgrades in close cooperation with customers and internal technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as E2E Technical Project Manager or Test Manager for 5G software upgrade activities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing and validation activities in telecommuncation environment
- Lead customer-facing technical discussions and progress reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering testing operations)
- Plan track and report project milestones risks and dependencies
- Ensure delivery quality timelines and alignment with customer expectations
- Support issue resolution during upgrade and testing phases
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as Technical Project Manager / Test Manager
- Hands-on experience with 5G Core networks
- Proven experience with 5G SDM
- Experience managing software upgrade projects in telecom environments
- Solid understanding of end-to-end testing in 5G networks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Other aspects
- EU Citizenship required
- Ability to work onsite in Warsaw Poland
