Salary: 10700 - 14800 PLN gross

About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Supervisor for our Bydgoszcz manufacturing facility responsible for overseeing the execution of projects within the plant. The role requires a strong focus on cost quality schedule and client satisfaction.

The Project Supervisor will plan organize coordinate and supervise all aspects of assigned projects ensuring successful completion. Responsibilities may be carried out personally or delegated to designated team members while maintaining accountability for project integration and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and resources in a global environment in accordance with internal business processes ensuring requirements are effectively delivered throughout all project phases: Initiation Planning Execution Monitoring Controlling and Closure
  • Coordinate the use of appropriate reporting systems manufacturing processes and quality programs to achieve project objectives while ensuring compliance with internal processes and ISO standards
  • Plan organize direct and coordinate activities to capitalize on opportunities manage risks and achieve contract cost schedule and performance targets. Ensure the project meets all objectives delivery schedules and technological benchmarks
  • Oversee and execute all phases of assigned projects. Establish and maintain effective Project Teams based on project objectives to ensure team efficiency during execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Monitor progress and adjust timelines as necessary
  • Provide regular progress reports to customers project teams and management
  • Identify and manage subcontractors as needed for project completion evaluating their performance against quality and delivery standards
  • Manage project expenditures ensuring strict adherence to approved budgets
  • Assign project personnel to specific phases or tasks including technical studies product design preparation of specifications and technical plans and product testing
  • Serve as the primary interface with internal and external customers (as applicable) providing project status updates and ensuring customer requirements are met

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree ideally in a technical field such as engineering
  • Proven experience in managing projects with a track record of delivering results
  • Hands-on experience in project management within a manufacturing environment
  • PMP or PMI certification is a strong advantage

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value
  • Results-driven with a natural attention to detail
  • Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (MS Project Microsoft Office SAP)
  • Knowledge of mechanical and process-engineered equipment within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to balance results-driven approach with collaboration gaining buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Strong networking skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Business-minded and proactive in identifying opportunities
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to utilize financial systems to support projects
  • Understanding of commercial contractual terms for large-scale projects (e.g. liability penalty clauses)
  • Ability to effectively manage in a matrixed organizational structure
