Position Overview:The Senior Care Worker will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to service users while also supervising and guiding junior care staff. This role is essential in promoting independence dignity and overall wellbeing among those in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal and practical care to service users in line with care plans.
- Lead support and supervise care teams to maintain high standards of service.
- Contribute to the development implementation and monitoring of individualised care plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a respectful supportive and inclusive environment for both service users and staff.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in health and social care.
- Willing to undergo training
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate professional and person-centred approach to care delivery.
- Willingness to relocate to the United Kingdom.
