Your new role

Contribute to the development of appropriate strategies processes and procedures for the Claims operation to support the delivery of business targets.
Assist in the forecast of Claims activity through analysis of business levels and knowledge of the Claims environment to support decision-making.
Maintain efficient handling of own caseload to ensure the prompt timely and effective handling of reinsurance Claims on the London market.
Resolve customer service issues to ensure their prompt and timely resolution.
Develop and maintain good client relationships with the re-insured and brokers
Approve reinsurance claims within written authority levels

About you:

Experience in handling specialty claims matters (Aviation A&H credit risk Marine & Energy)
Experience of working within the Reinsurance/ insurance/legal industry
