Assist customers across phone email chat and social media
Provide friendly timely and accurate support while updating internal systems
Build strong relationships by ensuring effective issue resolution
Share feedback and suggest improvements to processes and services
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve targets
What Were Looking For:
Professionally fluent French (C2) good English (B2)
Customer service experience is a plus
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Organized detail-oriented and a team player
Flexible to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
