Junior Account Manager - Your future role

As a Junior Account Manager in Lagos you will grow designated main accounts by increasing revenue and profitability sustaining customer relationships monitoring market activity and ensuring compliant delivery from scale-up to production while meeting Measurements and resolving issues.

You will report to the Country Manager.

You will:

  • Under guidance grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines

  • Manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts

  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information

  • Track Account Plans for important accounts

  • Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations

  • Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs

  • Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission

  • Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production

  • Follow Measurements versus targets (Sales Gross Profit win rate) and take corrective actions if necessary

  • Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines

  • Manage credit pricing rebates and budget for main accounts

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution

  • Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines

You have:

  • University degree (or equivalent)

  • 4-7 years of overall experience

  • 1 years functional/technical experience in the industry

  • Verbal and written command of English

  • Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations

  • Passion for the Fragrance Industry

  • Develop relationships with customers decisionmakers and influencers
