Junior Account Manager - Your future role
As a Junior Account Manager in Lagos you will grow designated main accounts by increasing revenue and profitability sustaining customer relationships monitoring market activity and ensuring compliant delivery from scale-up to production while meeting Measurements and resolving issues.
You will report to the Country Manager.
Under guidance grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
Manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
Track Account Plans for important accounts
Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs
Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production
Follow Measurements versus targets (Sales Gross Profit win rate) and take corrective actions if necessary
Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
Manage credit pricing rebates and budget for main accounts
Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines
University degree (or equivalent)
4-7 years of overall experience
1 years functional/technical experience in the industry
Verbal and written command of English
Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations
Passion for the Fragrance Industry
Develop relationships with customers decisionmakers and influencers
