Core Duties
- Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed weekly monthly and the annual sale objectives.
- Achievement of sales target
- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Direct and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives nationwide.
- Manage Sales team to cover the assigned territory in achieving sales and process targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of companys products and services to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
- Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures are properly implemented to support the sales team in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
- Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and provide the distributors with superior levels of service.
- Liaise with marketing to develop and implement promotion and merchandising in all distribution channels.
- Effective communication of competitors activity in liaison with sales team and market
- Dividing the sales target in general trade modern trade and institution and achieving the executive wise and over all target.
- Regular visit to distributors institutions and market.
- Reporting on daily basis to reporting authority
- Effective utilization of BTL budget and POP material
- Monitor and reporting of efficiency of promotion.
- Explore all possible locations where from sales can come.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Marketing or Business Administration on the related field are a must.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience including demonstrated track record of field sales in FMCG sector preferably from Vegetable oil industry.
- Demonstrate competencies in business development negotiation sales or marketing experience.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- MS Word MS Excel MS Power point and other necessary computer tools proficiency is a must.
- Must possess excellent salesman skills
