    Work youll do

  • Role: Sr Manager
  • Location: Delhi
  • Education: Graduate
  • Exp: 10 years.

  1. 10 years in marketing automation and operations with 4 years leading Marketo teams for global B2B/B2C organizationsDeep expertise in designing executing and optimizing Marketo programs including campaign flows lead scoring lifecycle models and personalization strategiesLed multi-functional teams and collaborated with platform sales and analytics teams to align marketing automation with business goals
  2. Experience developing operational frameworks including preference centres data normalization compliance governance and campaign QA
  3. Hands-on with native integrations with Salesforce MS Dynamics and API-based custom solutions and integrations
  4. Strong understanding of segmentation privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and multi-channel campaign best practices
  5. Marketo Certified Expert with excellent stakeholder management and a track record of scaling automation maturity across teams
  6. Lead develop and coach a high-performing team of Marketo Experts
  7. Empower team members to meet their revenue targets through deep collaboration strategic consultation and insight generation.
  8. Deliver revenue targets through the development management execution and optimization of Marketo programs assets workflows and triggers
  9. Consult stakeholders on audience strategy message and content alignment segmentation privacy and data governance across paid and owned channels
  10. Responsible for adhering to and communicating automation best practices including email formatting list management optimization data quality hygiene and troubleshooting
  11. Ensure delivery of best-in-class communications with a strong eye for user experience user journey and product alignment
  12. Ensure flawless execution of programs for all marketing assets such as emails landing pages and automation workflows. Partner with Platform Ops and Lead Management to optimize the lead generation engine.
  13. Deep technical knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo Certified Expert preferred) and CRM tools to execute troubleshoot and track demand gen campaigns
  14. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with Marketing Web Data Sales and IT to drive results and lead adoption through collaboration within cross-functional teams
  15. Possess best practices insights regarding email campaigns nurtures list management data quality optimization privacy etc. Experience building executing and tracking multi-channel (organic and paid) marketing programs
  16. Experience leading end-to-end execution of projects/programs
  17. Extreme ownership of results and projects as an individual and a team unit Data-driven mindset and practice with a desire to learn and grow
  18. Effective communication presentation and documentation skills
  19. Exceptional ability to manage deadlines and priorities
  20. Partner with Reporting & Analytics for actionable business insights
  21. Lead campaign intake/management and ownership of QA process/governance
  22. Track weekly project capacity velocity and accuracy
  23. Provide day-to-day operational administration
