EY GDS Finance FS Private Equity Roles
EY GDS seeks a Senior Consultant for our Finance FS Private Equity team. Youll provide specialized consulting in PE finance including accounting and financial analysis using EYs global framework.
Opportunity:
We need experts in Accounting & R2R process and advisory to execute key functions such Treasury operations financial planning & analysis month end close financial reporting & Audit Support. Youll manage portfolio companies ensure compliance and work with leadership to enhance client services.
Responsibilities:
- Cash and Bank Reconciliations
- Trial balance analysis and clean up
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed Assets accounting. Maintaining Fixed assets registers and accounting for Depreciation and amortization
- Revenue and Expense bookings
- Experience posting Journal entries in Ax Dynamics/Accounting ERPs
- Petro card reconciliation and clean up
- Audit & IT support
- Posting bonus accruals.
Qualifications and experience:
- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 5-10 years in finance & accounting with a PE focus.
- PE certification is advantageous.
- Strong working experience in financial ERPs e.g. Microsoft Dynamics and Workday.
- Hands on experience in Concur Coupa & QlikView tools is preferred.
