The Finance Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the efficient functioning of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the reconciliation and settlement processes as well as managing the end-to-end cycle of payables and receivables and ensuring revenue assurance.
Required Skills:
Reconciliation Management:
- Develop and implement robust reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Oversee the reconciliation of various accounts identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reconciliation workflows and enhance efficiency.
Payables and Receivables:
- Lead the Payables and Receivables teams ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Implement and enforce best practices for managing vendor relationships and optimizing cash flow.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging implementing strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
Revenue Assurance:
- Develop and implement controls to safeguard company revenue streams. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify revenue leakage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously assess and improve reconciliation payables and receivables processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to automate and streamline financial processes.
