Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build and develop strong relationships with mortgage intermediaries and brokers in your allocated region.
- Drive new mortgage business through structured and professional telephone engagement.
- Re-engage with lapsed partners and promote the full range of West One mortgage products.
- Collaborate closely with field-based BDMs to meet and exceed product targets.
- Deliver outstanding account management for key partners ensuring excellent service and retention.
- Represent West Ones values and brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction.
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills over the phone.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability with a results-driven mindset.
- Organised proactive and confident in managing multiple relationships effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with wider teams to drive shared success.
Knowledge & Personal Attributes
- Previous experience in financial services or mortgage-related business development is advantageous.
- Previous experience within a sales role would be highly desirable.
- Ambitious driven and passionate about building a long-term career with a growing company.
