PSE holds end-to-end responsibility for the development production and installation of Tetra Pak equipment ensuring we deliver the cost productivity and quality our customers this role you will be the central point of contact for managing processing and packaging equipment orders from validation to delivery at the Point of Destination. You will collaborate closely with market companies and internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met with precision care and a commitment to excellence.

What you will do

As a Sales Order Owner in Tetra Pak you will:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all activities from order validation through to delivery working closely with shipping coordinators to ensure smooth and timely execution empowering you to deliver world-class service.
  • Collaborate daily with colleagues across Production Development & Engineering Product Management and Supplier Management fostering a culture of teamwork shared success and mutual respect where every voice is valued.
  • Support forecast netting in close cooperation with Demand Management contributing to accurate planning and customer satisfaction and enabling you to make a global impact.
  • Participate in key product development projects ensuring order management processes are executed efficiently and aligned with innovation goals.
  • Actively contribute to the teams Daily Management System helping track progress and drive continuous improvement across ongoing initiatives.
  • Provide timely clear and relevant updates throughout the sales order lifecycle to all impacted stakeholders ensuring transparency alignment and a customer-centric approach.

We believe you have

Education & Language

  • University degree in Management Engineering Economics or a related field.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written to collaborate effectively in our global and inclusive environment.

Professional Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SAP/ECC particularly in order planning to help drive operational excellence and deliver impactful results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) to support daily tasks and reporting.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in order management is strongly preferred with a strong foundation in customer-centric operations and a passion for continuous improvement.
