Team & Performance- Lead and manage Project Sales Managers
- Track pipeline forecasts closures and collections
- Improve win rates and sales discipline
Operations & Governance- Ensure pricing discipline margins and contract compliance
- Coordinate with factory logistics and financefor smooth project execution
