Job Description
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to read and follow building plans
- Complete installations to the Simply Connected standard
- Install and program security surveillance and access control systems
- Some wire pulling and retrofit wiring
- Wire termination and testing
- Work with conduit and associated boxes fittings and hardware
- Strong networking knowledge
- Excellent communication with sales and project management team
- Excellent communication with on-site construction team
- Generate detailed report of daily job status
- Strong work ethic
- Commercial security surveillance and access control experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction
- Experience with all aspects of access control hardware design and installation
- Highly detailed organized and multitask driven
- certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of DSC required
- Advanced knowledge of Qolsys preferred
- Advanced knowledge of products required
- Strong knowledge of both hard-wired and wireless systems
- Strong knowledge of networking
- Clean driving record and background check
- Current Sheriffs card or ability to obtain one is required
- Minimum 5 years security surveillance and access control required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork required
