Were seeking a Senior GTM Operations Analyst to drive performance excellence and strategic initiatives for our SDR organization. As the analytical and strategic powerhouse behind our SDR teams success youll focus on performance optimization forecasting and data-driven insights while partnering with SDR Operations and leadership to transform how we operate.

The SDR team is the engine of our pipeline generation and this role directly impacts our ability to scale efficiently and hit revenue targets. Youll have significant visibility and influence working closely with leadership to shape the future of our go-to-market strategy.

What Youll Do:

Performance Analytics and Optimization:

  • Design and maintain performance dashboards tracking SDR productivity efficiency and attainment and pipeline generation
  • Identify performance gaps through deep-dive analysis and partner with SDR leadership to diagnose performance issues and recommend solutions
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with actionable insights

Strategic Planning & Forecasting:

  • Develop and maintain SDR capacity models and headcount plans
  • Design pipeline forecasts based on SDR activity and conversion metrics
  • Design and evolve compensation plans and quota models
  • Support annual planning with data-driven insights and scenarios

Process Excellence & Enablement

  • Lead end-to-end process improvements across SDR workflows - from discovery through design implementation and adoption
  • Drive cross-functional workstreams to improve productivity managing stakeholders and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of all initiatives and programs

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as trusted analytics partner to SDR leadership providing insights and recommendations that drive strategic decisions
  • Present complex data and recommendations to cross-functional leadership in clear actionable formats
  • Build strong relationships across Marketing Sales and RevOps to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives

What You Need:

  • 4-6 years in SDR Operations OR Sales/Revenue Operations or Analytics with a focus on SDR
  • Proven track record of leading process transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption with demonstrable improvements in efficiency quality or cost
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with designing and rolling out KPIs and dashboards
  • Salesforce expertise and sales engagement platform experience (Outreach/Salesloft)
  • Experience with SDR tools ecosystem (Orum LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo 6sense)
  • Experience with capacity planning headcount modeling and territory planning
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles funnel metrics and compensation design
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex data for executives
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL proficiency
  • Masters Degree
