The Opportunity

Were looking for a driven Digital Account Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in providing sales administration and support to the Seven Sales team in Sydney.

In this role youll work closely with the broader sales team and will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager in Sydney.

What youll do:

Supporting the team in booking campaigns within our booking system Salesforce.
Liaising closely with the Campaign Management Ad Ops Commercial Product and Programmatic teams to ensure campaigns are set up and are running smoothly.
Tracking campaigns including mid and post-campaign reporting.
Optimising existing campaigns and chasing creative assets.
Preparing sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports and revenue reports using Excel Google Sheets and various systems.
Preparing proposal decks and forecasting ad delivery.

What youll bring:

Youre a motivated and excellent communicator with a passion for sales and all things digital. Youll also have:

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google applications (Sheets Docs).
A positive proactive attitude that drives results.
Problem solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset
An eye for detail accuracy and a commitment to self-checking your work.
A curiosity for learning and staying ahead in the digital world.
