Job Responsibilities:
What You Will Learn:
This internship provides a comprehensive understanding of CRM and marketing operations honing skills in project coordination and teamwork within the beauty industry. Youll gain practical experience in coordinating and executing CRM & Brand campaigns navigating vendor processes and sourcing brand samples for rewards and gifts.
Youll also develop strong collaboration skills by working with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams including category and e-commerce. Ultimately youll contribute to the successful operation of the Sephora Beauty Pass loyalty program and learn effective communication and project management techniques essential in marketing and customer relationship management whilst gaining insights & experiences within the beauty industry understanding retail & brand dynamics.
