Job Description
- Assist in managing HR-related documentation and process improvements.
- Support HR engagement events and activities for Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams.
- Assist in preparing communication materials announcements and HR updates.
- Prepare simple reports or summaries for HRBP review.
- Help gather feedback or data for HRBP initiatives.
- Support HRBP in ongoing HR projects including SCM workshop walk-in interviews (local contract workers) performance form etc.
Learning Opportunities
- Exposure to real HRBP work in a large SCM environment.
- Understanding of workforce planning employee relations and HR processes.
- Hands-on experience managing HR trackers and data.
