SALARY RANGE: $85000 - $105000/year

Criteria such as the candidates qualifications and relevant experience the scope of the specific position as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing methods process flows and operational sequences.

Design and develop tools and fixtures to accommodate production build processes.

Work closely with the design team to coordinate the release of new products and ensure smooth transitions to manufacturing.

Estimate manufacturing costs establish time standards and recommend tooling and process improvements.

Create and update manufacturing work instructions and standard procedures.

Collaborate with various team members including design Manufacturing Engineering Production procurement quality and inspection.

Conduct routine analysis related to labor standards production flow and lean cost reduction efforts.

Aid in establishing and maintaining a 5S work environment throughout the facility.

Participate with maintaining environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.





Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
WHAT YOU BRING

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Experience with CAD tools. i.e. Solid Works

Knowledge of basic electronic and mechanical assembly principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Project Outlook).

Strong analytical and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

Understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts including probability geometry and trigonometry.

Familiarity with manufacturing standards and process documentation.

Prior experience/familiarity with an ERP system.

Spanish language skills.
