Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Finance to lead the financial operations of our telecom subcontracting business. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CMA or CA with a strong background in financial management project accounting budgeting and compliance particularly in the telecom and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage project-based costing and financial control across telecom subcontracting projects.
- Monitor cash flow fund management and working capital requirements.
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT WHT Corporate Tax) and handle audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and policies.
- Prepare management reports financial dashboards and KPIs for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with procurement operations and project teams for financial governance on subcontractor payments and client billing.
- Support strategic planning and investment analysis including feasibility and ROI studies.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Professional Certification: CA (Qualified/Finalist) or CMA (Qualified).
- Experience: 58 years of progressive experience in finance with at least 23 years in a managerial role within the telecom construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting and telecom subcontracting financial workflows.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP Oracle QuickBooks or similar).
- In-depth understanding of tax laws financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
