Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Head to oversee and manage the complete finance accounting and taxation functions for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting controls audits and statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end finance and accounts operations
Oversee finalization of accounts balance sheets and MIS reports
Handle statutory audits internal audits and tax audits
Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax and other regulations
Manage budgeting forecasting and cash flow planning
Coordinate with auditors consultants and tax authorities
Monitor financial controls processes and risk management
Support management with financial analysis and strategic inputs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
CA / CA Inter qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance & accounts (Real Estate preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting standards taxation and audits
Experience in handling end-to-end finance functions independently
Good leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in real estate or construction industry
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software
Immediate or short notice period preferred
