What are my responsibilities
Were seeking an individual with excellent hospitality skills and a passion for working with people to join us in the Front Desk position. Your main responsibilities will include handling guest check-ins and check-outs addressing guest feedback managing cash transactions and fulfilling guest requests. As a Front Desk Supervisor by Night you will collaborate with the Front Office Manager and/or Front Office Night Manager to oversee Front Desk Clerks during your shift. This role requires working during the day but mostly night shifts with up to 50% of your time dedicated to the night shift for night audits. A solid understanding of financial figures is essential. To be considered for this position you should meet the following requirements:
Own the necessary permits or documentation to work in the Netherlands
Have previous customer service experience.
Fluent communication skills in Dutch and/or English with knowledge of an additional language being advantageous.
Willingness to work morning night and weekend shifts.
Display proactive and reliable qualities.
