Partner with the best
As our Delft Office Manager you will work alongside our OFSE Digital and IET organisation. You will be the go-to person for our office matters with approx. 80 employees that you ensure is clean and safe. You will oversee all aspects of building functions. Duties include running routine safety inspections corresponding with contractors supporting our local teams with distributing incoming mail / package shipments and organize events. Our ideal candidate is well-versed with facility management processes and administrative processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.
In this role you will:
- Manage front desk operations greet visitors and handle incoming calls
- Take care of the office including suppliers (for coffee fruit cleaning security etc)
- Support and promote health & safety compliance.
- Coordinate logistics budgets and vendor relationships for company events throughout the year such as BBQ sport activities baking and gaming nights
- Provide management support
To be successful in this role you:
- Have demonstrable experience in a similar role desirable
- Have demonstrable experience in a supplier facing role
- Have experience within a Digital/Engineering environment desirable.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are fluent with the English language
- Are technical skilled with MS Office software
- Are excellent with time management and multitasking skills.
