YOUR ROLE AS NIGHT AUDITOR
We are looking for a Night Auditor with a focus on Night Admin responsibilities. This role combines front desk guest service with important overnight administrative and operational tasks. If you are detail-oriented enjoy working independently and prefer the quieter night hours this is the right fit for you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures
Being the main point of contact for guests during the night shift including handling late arrivals or guest requests
Performing the night audit: reconciling the days financial activity and generating reports
Ensuring system accuracy for room types rates and availability
Completing security checks and maintaining public area cleanliness
Providing a clear and accurate handover to the morning shift
HOW WILL YOU DO IT
You work independently and take full responsibility for your shift
You remain calm and solution-focused in any situation
You are a strong communicator and provide excellent guest service
You are flexible presentable and reliable

WHAT WILL YOU BRING
Experience in hospitality or as a night auditor is a plus
Knowledge of MS Office and preferably Opera
Fluent in English Dutch is a plus
