At JBT Marel we streamline food processing through world-class service and logistics. As our Order Fulfilment Team Supervisor in Eindhoven youll ensure the smooth daily operation of our order processing team while playing a key role in driving efficiency team coordination and customer satisfaction.
What Youll Be Doing
This role is ideal for a service-minded leader with full customer focus who thrives in fast-paced operations and is ready to take initiative.
- Lead and execute daily weekly and monthly order fulfilment operations
- Distribute daily workloads and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Serve as the first point of escalation within the team
- Lead Problem Resolution Process (PRP) for operational issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with global teams
- Collaborate and coordinate with other departments for alignment of the process and agreement to move forward for the improvements.
What Kind of Person Are You
Youre proactive organized and committed to delivering outstanding internal and external service.
- Bachelors degree in Business Communication Logistics/Supply Chain or similar or 3 years of relevant experience with a manufacturing background.
- Experience with SAP (ECC prefers S4) or similar ERP systems
- Green Belt certification and experience in change management are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to adapt to change manage deadlines and lead by example
- Comfortable working in a multicultural cross-functional team environment
