We are looking forRestaurant Supervisors who genuinely care and want to join an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for the guests.
Your duties will include the following:
- Welcome and guide guests to their seats introduce menus highlight specials and make recommendations take food and beverage orders
- Serve food; prepare and serve beverages; clear clean and reset tables; deliver checks and take payments
- Handle reservations optimise seating arrangements and maintain service flow.
- Conduct shift briefings and team coordination.
- Supervise Hospitality Superstars during shifts uphold standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Contribute to achieving KPIs including customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
12 months experience in hospitality is required with a current Managers Certificate.
We offer:
- $28.00 to $29.00 per hour depending on experience
- Rostered shifts Monday to Sunday full-time is minimum 30 hours per week
