We are looking for a driven and experienced Electronic R&D Manager to lead our talented research and development team.

Duties & Responsibilities

As the Electronic R&D Manager you will be at the forefront of innovation managing the design development and implementation of cutting-edge electronic systems. Youll oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including product development software and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the electronics R&D team ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
Drive innovation and stay ahead of emerging electronic technologies and trends
Oversee the development lifecycle: from concept and prototyping to validation and production
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product requirements
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Manage budgets timelines and resource allocation for R&D projects
Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team

Required Skills & Experience

Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field (Masters/PhD preferred)
Proven experience (5 years) in an R&D leadership role in electronics or embedded systems
Strong understanding of analog/digital circuit design PCB layout and embedded systems
Experience with product development lifecycle and design for manufacture (DFM)
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
