- Overall daily running of restaurant
- Implement and maintain BOH & FOH procedures
- Implement and maintain administrative procedures
- Control operational costs
- Identify measures to cut waste
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Ensure the highest sanitation and hygiene standards
- Enforce compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Desired Experience & Qualification
No less than 5 years experience as a General Manager at a restaurant
Excellent knowledge and understanding of restaurant software systems
Extensive experience in managing FOH & BOH staff
R25000 - R35 000 pmdepending on candidates skills knowledge and experience
