This Position reports to:

Your responsibilities

• Processing customer orders (receiving checking confirming)

• Close cooperation with project management controlling and logistics

• Managing exports within and outside the EU preparing transport documents (packing list bill of lading invoice) customs clearance

• Preparing and conducting tenders for transport services arranging transportation

• Managing orders and invoicing in SAP

• Handling invoicing processes outgoing invoices

• Written and spoken communication with customers mostly in English

Your profile

• Secondary school/university education in economics or technical field

• Good knowledge of English B2 level

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)

• Independence responsibility and communication skills

• Accuracy flexibility logical thinking
