Job Description
Title: Support & Implementation Project ManagerLocation: Remote
We are seeking a Support & Implementation Project Manager to provide hands-on support to SaaS users and collaborate with implementation teams to deliver successful client software deployments. This role requires strong project management skills technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your role:
- Provide direct support to end users through email and occasional phone calls.
- Collaborate with implementation leaders and specialists on new client onboarding and system configuration.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously identifying critical paths deadlines and resource needs.
- Analyze new requests troubleshoot issues and clearly explain existing system features and functionality.
- Adapt quickly to new software platforms and manage project delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth implementations.
- Break down large tasks into actionable steps and track progress without significant oversight.
What youve got:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field (civil or computer engineering preferred).
- 5 years of project management experience required with SaaS software exposure preferred.
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as or Zoho Projects.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with strong research abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience creating user-friendly documentation and training for non-technical staff.
- Excellent leadership communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries in MS SQL and familiarity with HTML and JavaScript.
- Willingness to travel within the region and adjust to flexible schedules as needed.
