Your new role:
Based at our Kingsgrove Packaging Factory and Head Office the Business Unit Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of Scopes packaging warehouse while enabling Scopes Supported Employees with a disability to contribute to large projects with some of Australias leading brands.
- Manage packaging and labelling contracts for corporate customers while creating ongoing meaningful employment for people with a disability.
- Provide leadership and support to staff and supported employees fostering a safe inclusive and productive workplace.
- Deliver high-quality packaging and labelling services for corporate customers showcasing the capability of supported employees.
- Oversee budgets resources and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers suppliers community partners and internal teams to support the long-term success of Scope.
This position suits someone driven by people who has had exposure to warehouse management systems proven relationship and business development skills and motivated by social impact while working for a Not For Profit organisation.

Requirements:
- Experience coordinating warehouse operations or working within disability employment settings.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- Must have full-time working rights in Australia
- NSW Drivers License
