Your mission
HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For more than 10 years we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. Our applications cover a variety of areas including stress management depression problematic alcohol use panic disorder and anxiety vaginismus and sleep disorders.
Six of HelloBetters ten applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge by prescription to all insured adults in Germany.

As Junior Operations Manager (f/x/m) you take ownership of key operational areas such as fleet and supplier management support the implementation of new tools and processes and help drive day-to-day efficiency and scalability in a fast-growing healthtech environment.
Your objectives
Own complete fleet management operations (15 company vehicles)
Manage day-to-day administrative operations to unblock strategic work
Handle supplier relationships and contract administration
Support implementation of new operational processes and tools
Exposure to cutting-edge operational practices and AI implementation
Maintain documentation systems and process optimization
Provide Level 1 operational support and problem resolution
Work directly with Head of Operations in fast-growing healthtech company
Clear path to operational expertise and leadership development
Your profile
Must Haves
1-3 years experience in operations administration or similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with vendor/supplier management
Proficiency in Google Workspace Excel/Sheets
Process documentation and improvement experience
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Team-oriented with independent work capability
Nice to Haves
Fleet or mobility management experience
Experience with procurement and contract management
Knowledge of German business practices
Experience in startup/scale-up environment
Basic knowledge of travel management platforms
