Job Summary
IG Lintels are recruiting!
Were looking for a Technical Administrator to become a key part of our Technical team. Youll be the go-to person for keeping schedules up to date handling enquiries and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
What Youll Be Doing
- Keeping our systems accurate with data entry of schedules and logging technical enquiries.
- Monitoring and managing incoming email enquiries making sure nothing gets missed.
- Supporting our engineers by logging printing and passing on important information.
- Building up product knowledge so you can confidently answer customer queries.
- Carrying out day-to-day admin tasks that keep the team moving forward.
- Being a central point of contact ensuring smooth communication between colleagues and customers.
What Were Looking For
- Previous admin experience and confidence using a variety of software packages.
- Strong IT skills especially Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- A sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A customer-first mindset with great communication skills.
- Someone proactive adaptable and ready to learn.
