Were seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning team in Nottingham which is responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This role will initially be in office for 6 month probation and then move to a hybrid working model of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
As a Client Administrator your responsibilities will include among others:
- Providing comprehensive client service administration to aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Scheduling and coordinating client meetings completing documentation for compliant new business submissions and updating the CRM system accurately.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries.
- Preparing client reports Letters of Authority and processing withdrawal and drawdown requests.
- Ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in all administrative processes.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should:
- National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above which is equivalent to GCSE.
- Have previous administrative experience supporting Financial Planners or Wealth professionals.
- Have experience of onboarding clients preparing meeting packs processing Letters of Authority and supporting transfers.
- Have knowledge of financial products such as ISAs GIAs SIPPs Pensions Offshore Bonds.
- A strong ethic of client service.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
- The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
