Job Summary
角色职责:
- 负责南京地区售后服务相关事务包括销售及运营
- 销售端包括传统的维保及维修业务以及节能改造工程既有设备销售业务运营端包括管理技师团队协调客户端所有调试质保投诉等工作
角色目的:
- 管理现有南京服务团队并带领南京服务团队完成公司的销售任务
- 提升团队能力带领南京服务团队完成销售改型从传统的维保维修业务逐步进入工程改造节能优化的系统服务工程公司更好地与市场融合在南京市场形成开利影响力突破现有格局
最低要求:
- 空调行业销售5年以上从业经验有管理岗位经验者优先合资企业优先
- 熟悉南京空调改造市场有丰富的制冷系统销售经验熟悉高效机房及工程改造者优先
- 具备优秀的沟通和协调能力能够有效处理客户投诉和问题
- 具有团队管理经验能够激励和带领团队成员共同达成目标
- 具备较强的市场分析和判断能力能够根据市场变化调整销售策略
- 具备良好的客户服务意识能够建立和维护良好的客户关系
