The Position

Understand the market access strategy of HER2 portfolio and drive business growth by accelerating product access and eliminating access obstacles.

(Major functions of the position) 职位的首要职能
Understand the market access dynamics and assist to develop access strategy and plan for HER2 portfolio to drive business growth.
Develop and implement business model innovative projects and market access projects that are in line with HER2 access strategy.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with market access departments and other brand relevant departments.
Maintain good engagement with KOLs and other target regional key customers.
Work together with sales force and provide clear direction as well as timely support for sales team.
Seamlessly collaborate within the marketing team advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
Bachelor degree or above
Market access experience is preferred
Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
MNC background
Minimum 3-5 years experience of Marketing/Sales at least 2 years experience of pharmaceutical product management
Market access experience is highly preferred
Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
Strong Project Management capabilities self-motivated and results-driven
Strong execution capability strong cross-functional communication
