Role Definition
Directs the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives fosters a high-performance culture and create positive employee experiences.
Responsibilities
Partnering with senior management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organizations strategic goals and objectives.
Acting as a trusted advisor providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters including performance management compensation and benefits etc.
Analyzing HR data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a data-driven recommendations for people decisions.
Leading team of HR leaders to collaborate effectively with HR Centers of Excellence and serve as thought leaders to the business and HR.
Developing and implementing change management to facilitate organizational transformation.
