Qualifications :
Over 3 years of management experience in a marketing department proficient in scientifically setting targets budgets and implementation plans and effectively monitoring them; experience in exhibition/marketing department management is preferred.
Bachelors degree or higher adept at market analysis with creative and innovative thinking.
Meticulous and careful work attitude proficient with office software.
Proficient in new media promotion and application familiar with marketing applications on platforms such as Douyin Toutiao WeChat and other new media channels.
Excellent communication and expression skills capable of effectively expanding and maintaining customer relationships; skilled in managing various aspects of supplier cooperation and progress control.
Strong event planning and execution capabilities with the ability to draft proposals and present independently.
Possess rigorous logical thinking flexible market insight strong execution and leadership skills good at teamwork proactive work attitude and strong ability to withstand pressure.
Possess good team training and development capabilities.
