Job Overview
T-Mobile is seeking a highly qualified Senior Architect with deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (with a focus on PBCS/EPBCS). This role will be responsible for designing governing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions that enable seamless financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting across multiple platforms. The Senior Architect will partner with Finance IT and business leaders to ensure Oracle ERP and EPM systems integrate effectively with other enterprise applications aligning with T-Mobiles digital transformation roadmap.

*** This position will sit in Bellevue WA OR Frisco TX. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid environment requiring 3 days a week in office.

Job Responsibilities:

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Define and own the overallsolutionarchitecturefor Oracle Enterprise Performance Management(EPM) modules with emphasis on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS).
  • Design an integrated financial ecosystem spanning ERP EPM data platforms analytics and third-party applications.
  • Providearchitectural oversight during solution design build and deployment phases.
  • Establisharchitectural standards patterns and governance frameworks for ERP and EPM solutions within T-Mobile.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern capabilities such as AI-driven planning predictive forecasting and advanced reporting.
  • Proactively identify risks gaps and improvement opportunities in current and future-state solutions.

Integration & Data Strategy

  • Develop strategy for seamless integration between Oracle ERP Oracle EPM Cloud and other enterprise systems.
  • Define best practices fordata flows mapping validation and governanceacross platforms.
  • Ensure scalability security and compliance in all integration and reporting processes.
  • Focus onsystem performance optimizationwhile ensuring smooth end user experience
  • Collaborate with enterprise data teams to align EPM/ERP data models with T-Mobiles enterprise dataarchitecture.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as atrusted advisorto Finance FP&A IT leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable future-ready ERP and EPM solutions.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors consultants and internal teams to align solution delivery with T-Mobile standards.
  • Mentor and guide functional and technical teams on Oracle ERP and EPM best practices.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with a balance ofstrategic visionandtactical execution.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud roadmap quarterly releases and industry trends.
  • Proactively recommend enhancements to improve efficiency automation and user experience.
  • Drive adoption of modern planning features such as dashboards scenario modeling and AI/ML-based forecasting.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Finance or related field.
  • 4 years experience with enterprise level database systems such as Teradata Oracle SQL Server or others emphasis on Teradata.
  • 4 years experience with Oracle ERP and EPM solutions with at least 5 years in architecting enterprise level EPM solution(EPBCS)
  • Strong experience designingintegrated enterprise financial solutionsacross ERP EPM and adjacent applications.
  • Consistent track record leadingarchitecture for large-scale finance transformation programs.

Technical Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud financials and Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS modules).
  • Hands-on experience withcalculation manager business rules Smart View EPM Automate FDMEE/Data Management.
  • Strong integration experience (ERP EPM ERP data platforms ERP/EPM analytics tools).
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting (Groovy EPM Automate) and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with enterprisearchitecture principles (TOGAF ITIL or similar).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience withlarge-scale finance transformationin a Fortune 500 environment.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-based forecasting and predictive planning features in Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud certifications.
  • Background in telecom or technology industries.

    Base Pay Range: $102000 - $184000

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year.
