About this position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI SQL Tableau and PySpark to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights building scalable data pipelines and developing interactive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making

Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL).
Build scalable and efficient data pipelines using PySpark for big data processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business engineering data science) to understand data needs and deliver high-impact solutions.
Conduct data profiling cleansing and validation to ensure high data quality.
Automate reporting processes and implement data visualization best practices.
Support data warehousing initiatives and contribute to data architecture planning
Troubleshoot and optimize performance of dashboards and ETL jobs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3 years of experience working with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization.
Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures.
Hands-on experience with PySpark for data processing and transformation.
Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g. SQL Server PostgreSQL Oracle).
Experience working with large datasets in a distributed computing environment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure AWS or GCP is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
