Position Title: Senior/Lead ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Job Type: Full Time
Years of Exp: 5years(4years of relevant experience is must)
Job Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid(3 days WFO is must)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15days/Currently serving notice period

Role Overview: Develop and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules within ServiceNow to optimize employee workflows and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
. Configure and customize HRSD components like Case Management Lifecycle Events and Employee Center.
. Implement business rules flows and UI policies for HR processes.
. Integrate HRSD with third-party HR systems (e.g. Workday SAP SF).
. Support the creation of knowledge articles and service catalogs for HR.
. Participate in testing documentation and deployment activities.

Required Skills:
. 5-10 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience.
. Strong understanding of HR data and lifecycle event automation.
. Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
. ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist/CSA/CAD certification preferred.

Required Qualification: BE/ (or equivalent)
