Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedData Engineerwith a strongdata and cloud and backgroundto lead the design development and delivery of scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate is ahands-on technical leaderwho collaborates closely with bothIT and business stakeholders driving data initiatives from concept to execution.
This role requires deep expertise inData Warehousing Snowflake AWS anddata modeling along with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-enddata platform and data warehousing initiatives ensuring scalability performance and reliability
- Act as ahands-on technical lead actively contributing to design development and optimization of data solutions
- Design and implementdata models(includingData Vault) aligned with business requirements
- Build and maintain cloud-based data solutions usingAWS and Snowflake
- Develop and optimizeSQL and Pythonpipelines for data ingestion transformation and analytics
- Collaborate closely withbusiness teams and ITto translate business needs into technical solutions
- Guide and mentor data engineers ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables
- Ensure data quality governance security and performance standards are met
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and architectural enhancements
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to data strategy and roadmap
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 yearsof experience inData Engineering / Data Warehousing
- StrongData & Cloud background with hands-on experience inAzure
- Extensive experience withSnowflake(architecture performance tuning cost optimization)
- Strong experience inSQLandPython
- Solid experience inData Modeling includingData Vault
- Proven experience leading or acting as atechnical leadon data projects
- Strong understanding of modern data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in acollaborative role between IT and business teams
- Proactive self-driven and aquick learner
