Job OverviewAs a Technical Specialist Dashboard Development the candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality data visualization and reporting solutions that enable business leaders to make informed data driven decisions. You will leverage your expertise in BI tools and data analysis to create intuitive dashboards ensure data integrity and drive analytics adoption across the role is ideal for a technically strong detail-oriented professional who enjoys translating complex data into clear visual stories and collaborating with business and technology partners to solve problems.
Qualifications & Experience
. University degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Engineering or a related field.
. 36 years of experience in business intelligence or data visualization development.
. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Suite Tools (Power BI PowerApps Power Automate)
. Strong command of SQL and data transformation techniques.
. Experience working with large datasets and various database systems (e.g. SQL Server).
. Understanding of ETL concepts data pipelines and data governance principles.
. Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Ability to work in a fast paced Agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
. Experience in the financial services industry or with KPI reporting in banking.
. Knowledge of data visualization design principles and storytelling techniques.
. Knowledge of working with cloud servers (AWS or Azure).
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities
. Develop test and deploy interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
. Managing ongoing enhancements updates and maintenance of existing dashboards.
. Design and maintain custom PowerApps solutions to automate business processes improve workflow efficiencies and
. Collaborate with business partners to understand reporting needs key metrics and performance indicators.
. Design and maintain efficient data models ensuring alignment with BMOs enterprise data architecture.
. Write complex SQL queries and integrate data from multiple sources including cloud and on Prem systems.
. Apply data visualization best practices to enhance readability usability and storytelling.
. Ensure data accuracy security and compliance with BMOs governance standards.
. Provide production support troubleshooting and dashboard performance optimization.
. Document technical solutions and contribute to reusable templates and standards.
