Job Description: Senior ServiceNow Developer (SPM & ITSM) Key Responsibilities Design develop and customize ServiceNow SPM and ITSM modules including workflows forms integrations and automations. Lead and deliver medium-to-high complexity releases and changes across the ServiceNow platform collaborating with business analysts architects process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement maintain and optimize ITSM processes such as Incident Problem Change Request Release and Asset Management; and SPM modules such as Demand Project Portfolio Financial and Resource Management. Configure and maintain platform components including integration with external enterprise systems using REST SOAP and MID Server. Ensure platform stability and performance through application maintenance upgrade planning user access controls and incident support. Contribute to release planning version reviews and implementation of new platform features. Mentor junior developers and provide training and support to end users and teams. Produce comprehensive documentation conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and participate in ServiceNow community events and workshops. Ensure solutions follow ITIL Agile and ServiceNow best practices while adhering to platform security and compliance requirements. Required Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow including at least 1 full implementation experience each in both ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). Strong hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript Glide) Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes UI Policies and integrations (REST/SOAP). Proficient in ServiceNow platform architecture CMDB ACLs Service Catalog and Performance Analytics. Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies. ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred Implementation Specialist for ITSM or Implementation Specialist for SPM required. Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Professional Attributes Goal-oriented self-motivated and able to work in a structured manner. Strong analytical and facilitation skills. Experience working in consulting environments and global teams is preferred.
