Job Description

About the role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to residents ensuring every dining experience is enjoyable. You will ensure the presentation of the dining facilities and food is exceptional welcoming diners and delivering attentive table service. This role reports to the Food and Beverage Team Leader.

About you

You will be professional warm and approachable supporting the front of house operations at a variety of service settings your presentation will be outstanding. Creating a welcoming dining experience you will assist in the presentation of food and beverages tailored to meet individual preferences and dietary needs.

Skills and experience required

  • Experience delivering high quality hospitality and customer service
  • Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) qualification or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent food / beverage presentation and service of meals
  • Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to plan and implement functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality customer service.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a retirement living environment.
