At Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach Food & Beverage is where our Art de Vivre comes alive. As Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee the day-to-day performance of all outlets - restaurant bars banquets gaming lounge and in-room dining - ensuring every service feels refined seamless and unmistakably Sofitel.

Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager this role is designed for a commercially minded F&B leader ready to step into a multi-outlet leadership position within a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of all Food & Beverage outlets across the hotel.
  • Translate the hotels F&B vision into consistent high-quality guest experiences that reflect Sofitels art of hospitality.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Operations Manager to ensure menus service and execution align with Sofitel standards.
  • Drive service culture engagement and performance across a large and diverse team.
  • Coach and develop F&B leaders and supervisors to build strong capability and future successors.
  • Champion operational excellence driving P&L performance budgeting inventory and sustainable profit growth.
  • Analyse market trends competitor insights and guest feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance experiences.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that promote the hotels Food and Beverage experience and elevate brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP health & safety and licensing regulations.
  • Build lasting relationships with suppliers artisans and industry partners to strengthen our culinary identity.

Qualifications :

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager Operations Manager or Senior Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of multi-outlet operations banquets and high-volume service.
  • A natural leadership style that builds engagement accountability and pride.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing labour stock revenue and service performance.
  • Confidence leading large diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for luxury service food & wine and guest experience.
  • Strong communication organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
