Position:Document Imaging Specialist II
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Employment Type:Part-Time Mon - Fri 10:00am - 2:00 pm
Reports To: Sr. Director of Business Enterprise
Location: West Trenton NJ

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of the document conversion process from intake to final output.
- Lead train and manage a team of imaging techniques and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols project deadlines and productivity goals.
- Monitor team performance conduct regular reviews and provide coaching as needed.
- Troubleshoot and perform daily maintenance on scanning equipment to reduce downtime.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience in document imaging scanning or data entry.
- 1 years of management and team leadership experience
- Experience with document management software such as Papervision Capture Adobe Acrobat preferred.
