Job Summary

Summary:

Provides first-line technical support for end-users ensuring smooth functioning of hardware software and network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve incidents reported through ticketing systems
Install and configure laptops operating systems and office software
Maintain network connectivity and peripheral devices
Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues
Create technical documentation and support manuals

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Windows/Mac environments
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
