The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth operations timely reporting and effective coordination between sales representatives customers and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Monitor and track daily sales deliveries and customer orders.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for management.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and assist in debt collection follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback promptly.
- Liaise with logistics production and accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the sales manager and field representatives.

Key Qualifications:
- A Degree/Diploma in Business Marketing or related field.
