Responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging content for social media platforms including artwork copy and graphics.
- Create marketing materials such as flyers brochures advertisements and editorial content for magazines and publications.
- Drive and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Manage the companys CRM system ensuring accurate records of clients prospects and sales interactions.
- Handle sales enquiries and provide support to the sales team when workload allows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement
Key Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing content creation or related roles.
- Strong creative and design skills with proficiency in relevant software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing CRM systems and understanding of basic sales processes.
- Ability to multitask prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over projects.
Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Hands-on experience creating marketing materials managing social media platforms and supporting sales activities.
